Great App for tracking phone
I was out with some friends and my jacket with my wallet, cell phone, and apartment keys was stolen from off the back of a chair. I was able to login with the bartenders iPhone and track my phone to a town 10 miles away. We arrived at the location and figured out who it was within 5 minutes. Needless to say, they looked shocked and immediately gave me my stuff back so I didn't press charges!

Needs Improvement!
The app should take pictures with the front facing (and rear) camera when the iPhone is in "Lost Mode" and someone tries to unlock it using an incorrect code...we should also be able to manually click a button to take a picture at that moment or maybe even get more advanced and allow us to secretly view streaming video from the cameras (like a security camera)!!!
Also, the iPhone can just be turned off rendering this app useless to find your phone if it's actually stolen, the iPhone shouldn't be allowed to be turned off without entering the pass code! (Or somehow make this service keep running even when the phone is shut off, make that an option in settings please!!!)

OMG!
I do not normally take the time to write reviews, but I could not resist sharing this story. Yesterday, on a long hike in the snowy Cascade Mountains, specifically on the Rattlesnake Mountain trail, I reached in my backpack for my brand new iPhone to snap some pics of the peak only to realize my phone was missing. OMG! I immediately realized the phone must have slipped out of my backpack pocket between the peak and the previous lookout since I had taken pics of the scenery and my hiking partner near that lookout. This entire portion of the trail was covered in about two feet of snow. We headed back down and did not find the phone. I remembered I had installed the phone finder app, so we used my friend's phone to locate my phone using the app. The map showed the phone to be near the peak. Sigh! We used the ping (or make a noise) function every 30 seconds while we headed back up the trail. About 30 minutes later, a nice lady called the number I left using the lost phone function. She excitedly announced, "I have your phone".
We met up later on the trail an the lady told me she heard this pinging noise deep in the snow on the side of the trail. She tracked the noise and noticed my phone in about 6 inches of snow. I would not be able to write this review from that very same phone if it were not for this AWESOME app. (and the ruggedness of the iPhone and Otter case). I don't know how much money it saved me, but easily a few hundred $.
